The staff are friendly and know their stuff. They offer great services, plus they'll even wake you up for free and iron your clothes. the room is totally new and trendy, and it's got its own private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and big, soft bath towels. 🌟

Booked a room with a nice balcony which the kids really really enjoyed. The breakfast was satisfactory, a wide array of appetising food. The hotel was in a marvellous location right by nature and the restaurant for what we wanted it for.

The food was good, and I have nothing but perfectly pleasant memories from this trip. The hotel in Ixtapan de la Sal was great and in a favorable and stunning location. It is very close to Mexico City as well as the restaurant. - Additionally, it was just 2 miles away from a large outdoor water park.

Liked everything.

Had a wonderful weekend break at this peaceful resort near Mexico City. The spa was definitely the highlight of our stay, providing world-class services. The beautiful surroundings and well-maintained gardens were perfect for a relaxing weekend escape. We especially enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant, and the great price levels for both food and accommodation.

Some guests can be inconsiderate and loud at the pool, causing disturbances during our stay. Our room was also a little messy, with some cleanliness issues that should have been addressed.

The pool was big and had slides which the kids loved. The hotel is surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax in. Another positive aspect is that the hotel is located near a town with many small local shops.

The rooms were average and a little outdated, the beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was too expensive and not worth the price.
